Amsterdam
We did it! After much research, we narrowed down two locations that we thought would be great for our 11 month old’s first trip to Europe. Amsterdam and Brussels were two places that were continuously talked about as being family friendly locations and we could not agree more.
Scotland
We chose an unconventional honeymoon destination and spent a week in Scotland. I had recently gotten into the Outlander series and was dying to go see Scotland during festival season in August. It might not be a popular honeymoon destination but Scotland was perfect for us.
Brussels
Welcome to our Europe vacation with a baby and toddler part 2, where we spent 5 nights in the beautiful city of Brussels, Belgium. We had so much fun in Brussels with our kids. There are plenty of kid friendly activities in Brussels.

We chose London as our first trip abroad for several reasons. It is a relatively short flight from the US East Coast, lots to do without having to spend much time commuting, easy to navigate with public transportation, and most importantly, it was somewhere we hadn’t been!
